Well howdy! My name is Mustang and I’m about 6 years old. I was left behind in a parking lot for a few months when my owners moved so I have had to work hard on trusting humans again. I’m told I’m doing a great job and am ready to venture out on that big prairie of life on my own. Not bragging, but I’m exceptionally smart and although I’m a guy, I love to chat and will actually answer when asked a question! I enjoy perching on a windowsill, or enjoy the big outdoors of an enclosed porch to keep an eye on things. While I don’t go in for being held too much or a lot of that smoochy, cuddling stuff, I do love to sleep on the foot of the bed at night so I can sneak up for cuddles when no one is looking. Since I’m still pretty young and handsome, I do like some active play time every day so I can stay fit and not turn into a couch potato. The perfect home for me would be one without small kids or other furry things. I would be the perfect companion to someone who may be home most of the day and needs my wonderful company or even a couple looking to add to their household. I am also very trustworthy if left on my own during the day as well. While I admit I am a brat to other varmints, I am having fun with another foster kitten so a young playmate in the future may not be out of the question once they know I’m #1 around here. If we sound like a good fit, I’d surely appreciate it if you would fill out an app for me. I’ve been with my foster mom for long enough and am ready to find the purrfect home of my own. This boy has such a fun personality with a little devilish streak. He definitely makes us laugh. He loves to chase wiggly things and even being chased himself! He starts talking, gets all jiggy eyed and his tail crooks when he wants to stir things up. He is very people responsive, almost dog like, and he likes to sniff and check you out if you’ve been gone anywhere. I swear he understands what you say and generally does what he’s asked, although he may grumble a bit! He has fit into my home quite easily and certainly been good company during the quarantine. Because he is such a long and tall boy, It would be best if he has an enclosed litter box as well as a big heavy water bowl. He’s a drinker and paws at it to see the water line. A big personality for the right home and such a beautiful and handsome cat! This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.
