T-BONE Breed:  Shepherd Corgie Mix "Shorgie" / Adoption fee is $150 / Sex:  Male  / Age: Just a little over 1 yr old / Weight: Adult Weight approximately 45-55 pound range. Parents are unknown so the breed mix is simply a guess. T-Bone is about a year old. He is an active boy and loves to play with toys. Any toy will make him happy. One thing we have learned about T-Bone is when he stands on his back legs, he looks like a dinosaur. See picture 3 for a demonstration. T-Bone LOVES children and playing a game of chase! He does well with cats but can be hit and miss with some dogs. If you are looking for a fun-loving kind of pup, T-Bone is your man! House Manners: T-Bone is fully house trained and crate trained. During his room test, T-Bone was anxious at the beginning and would whine if he heard people outside the door but calmed down after a while.  Basic Training:  T-Bone has been a house pet and knows some basic manners Other Dogs: T-bone can be hit and miss with different dogs. He does well in play groups with dogs. When he meets new dogs he will bare his teeth and ask for his personal space to not be intruded upon. Given time normally a few hours he is ready to play with them. T-bone plays like a big dog and would be best that no smaller dogs be in the home with him as he will try to dominate them. Cats: T-Bone does not mind having cats as companions. Kids: T-Bone LOVES children. Fencing: He has some short legs so unless he learns some climbing skills a secure 4ft fence should be fine. He does not have a history of digging to escape that we are aware of.
