Est DOB  01/01/18 Current weight   Under 20 lbs Suminski (aka Sammy) is a complete joy. He is a male/neutered, West Highland White Terrier/Border Terrier Mix weighing 20 lbs.  He was born on 01/01/18 and loves to play and play and while he does prefer the ladies (of both the furry and non-furry assortment), he will warm up to the right men with a little time and patience. He wants to be the boss of other male dogs so he will need to be adopted to a home with no other dogs, or only female/submissive male dogs. Since being fostered, he has learned to get along with cats though he might bark at them or challenge them to the occasional race around the house. He is good with older children that know to be gentle with him. He is crate, couch and bed trained!! He is also heartworm positive WHICH MEANS: 1.       He CANNOT give heartworms to ANY people or animals (It can ONLY be caught if an animal is NOT on preventative AND is bitten by an infected mosquito.) 2.     He will need to receive his heartworm preventative on the 1st of every month AND he will need an ADDITIONAL DOSE THAT WE WILL GIVE YOU FOR FREE UNTIL HE IS CURED on the 15th of each month- THAT’S IT!
