Owner surrendered to the Montgomery County animal Shelter.  He's very shy. We hope to be able to bring out his personality with lots of love and attention! ***update***  He's not SHY at all once he knows you!  He's happy/yappy playful and very sweet.  He gets along with other dogs, he is kennel trained, doggie door trained and an all around great dog!  will do best in a home with a family as he is active.
