Phoebe is estimated to be around 9 months old. She was found outside skinny and with fleas! She's taken to the indoor life quickly. She gets along great with other cats, and loves to play. She'll even carry toys around the house! She's very energetic and very sweet. She also has the poofiest tail you've ever seen!
