Looks like: Chiweenie Female, 9 years old, 11 pounds Little One, as her foster family calls her, is a very sweet and loving lady, although she had a rough life before joining POMDR. In our care, she received treatment for a severe and prolonged skin infection, and by now her pretty coat has made a beautiful comeback. People frequently comment on her "unique coloring" and how darn cute she is. Despite her previous suffering, this spunky and happy girl has blossomed and she has regained trust in people. Like a sponge, she soaks up all the kindness, attention, and love her foster family and everyone around her has been showering her with. This little Miss will be your shadow, following you from room to room to ensure that she does not miss out on anything. She enjoys exploring the yard and is very well behaved on leashed walks around the neighborhood. She has become an excellent co-pilot and is also fine when home alone for a couple of hours at a time. She gets along wonderfully with other small dogs and cats, mostly just doing her own thing. She does not have known experience with children and would likely prefer to be around calm, older kids because fast or unexpected movements may startle her. Once she settles in, she loves snuggling up on the couch next to you or finding the best location for sunbathing in the yard. Her favorite spot by far is buried all the way under a cozy blanket. This wonderful pup deserves to be spoiled rotten!! Mrs. Jumbo came to us from Los Coches Veterinary Hospital after she was surrendered by her guardian because they could no longer care for her.
