About Bunny

Distance: 918 Miles
Bunny is one of the smaller puppies and she weighed in at 4 lbs at 6 weeks old. She holds her own with the larger puppies and is a hoot. 12 puppies were born at our rescue on Easter Day. They all have Easter names. 4 puppies are still available. Their mom Ga Ga came from a breeder that was closing down. After she arrived here we realized she was pregnant.  This small breeder bred Portuguese Water Dogs exclusively and had one male stud so we know who the father is. PWD's are active . they need long daily walks and play sessions with their owner. This wonderful breed also exercises mind and body by participating in canine sports such as obedience, tracking, agility, rally, dock diving. Please visit Ga Ga's Puppy Page for more videos and information before putting in an application. Bunny is wearing the Gold Collar in the videoshttps://indianasaveadog.com/ga-gas-puppy-pagePuppies can leave for adoption at 8-9 weeks old after May 26th .Adoption Criteria: They must have a fenced in back yard, no invisible fences. If you live in a condominium or subdivision and HOA does not allow fences, leash walking will be considered. If you live in the country, or your subdivision allows fences you will need a fence.  Due to the needs of puppies, we will require adopters have an adult home during the day so the puppy is provided with companionship while continuing to work on training and socialization. We are looking for adopters who understand the training, exercise & socialization needs of puppies.. Children in the household must be 8 years of age or older. Please read our adoption criteria on our adoption info page. We will consider adoptions out of state, however we will not transport or ship. Once your application is approved, you can submit a $50 deposit to hold him/her.
