About Dublin -Sweet, declawed senior

Distance: 223 Miles
In late 2012, we took in a large, declawed, young adult who had been abandoned in an apartment when his owners moved away and left him to fend for himself. We named him Dublin and got him adopted. Flash forward to 2021. The wife of the adoptive couple has died, the husband has gone into assisted living, and we have taken Dublin back into foster care. He's now a very large, declawed senior cat who is a super sweet, affectionate guy again looking for a home. He hasn't shown any of the aggression that many declawed cats have because of their defenselessness. He lived with another cat in his prior home and seems fine with the cats he's had contact with in his current foster home.Dublin is very laid-back and is neutered, current on his vaccines, and negative for feline leukemia and FIV . While living with his adoptive family, he was seen regularly by a vet, had dental work done in 2018, had senior bloodwork completed last September, which showed he's quite healthy, if overweight, and was being fed high quality cat food. Since coming back to Castaway Critters, we've put him on a diet! For more information on this really nice cat, contact his foster mom Annette (that's me) at alr20@comcast.net. To begin the adoption process, please complete an adoption application that's available here on our web site.
