Phoenix is 9 years old, waiting and longing for a second chance at finding his forever home.  Phoenix was adopted as a puppy and lived happily with his family for four years until, through no fault of his own, he was surrendered by his owner because they decided to move into an apartment that does not allow dogs, so Phoenix found himself back at 11th Hour once again.  He would love to live in a home with a person or family for him to love again. Phoenix is a beautiful, loyal, obedient and loving dog who bonds easily with people.  He is good with all adults, housetrained and is fine when crated. He loves to go for car rides, walks in the park, play with toys or a nice game of “Fetch”. He loves to receive affection and to have his tummy rubbed.
