Meet Diesel, an extremely good-looking 8-year-old Boxer mix. Although he weighs 57 pounds, he loves affection and thinks he is a lap dog! He was adopted from EHR when he was a puppy, but has been recently been returned to our care.  Diesel gets along just fine with CATS and lived with them for several years. He has been to doggy day care and did great with other dogs, although he does best with dogs around his own size. Diesel grew up with children of all ages and was great with them. Now that he is in a situation different from what he grew up in, he lacks a bit of confidence and is unsure of new people so young children wouldn't be good for Diesel at this time.  Diesel is just a super dog - check out his superhero get-up! He's a playful boy who enjoys toys and a good game of "Fetch". He also enjoys rides in the car with you if you're looking for someone to run errands. Diesel listens well & just wants you to love him and be loved in return. He prefers that someone be home with him more often than not as he suffers from a bit of separation anxiety.
