Athena was surrendered back to Pet Rescue by Judy after 6 years.   Her son has developed allergies.   She is being fostered by her previous owner.  Her previous owner also wrote up a story about Athena.  Athena is 6 years old. She is a beautiful long-haired blend of cream, black and beige with big blue eyes.  We were told she is a Siamese/Manx mix.  Athena likes to be the queen of the house. She gets very attached to a primary caregiver and is both affectionate and loyal. She will follow that individual around during her waking hours as a dog would and enjoys sleeping in the same bed too.   Athena gets along with the miniature dachshund she grew up with but does not adapt as well to other cats. Our son has developed a severe cat allergy and we are forced to find another home for her.  She will make a wonderful companion for someone.  If you are interested in Athena please put an adoption application in.
